Information we process
Depending on how you use Plinzo, we may process your display name, account and login identifiers, email address when supplied by a login provider, game history and actions, scores, friendships and friend requests, invitations, reports and blocks, notification preferences, device installation identifiers and push tokens.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, run server-authoritative games, show your game history and social features, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, provide support, understand service reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Guest accounts and linked accounts
You may begin with a guest account. If you later link a supported login, Plinzo is designed to keep the history attached to that account. Authentication may be provided by Apple, Google, Facebook or Firebase, depending on the options available in your version of the app.
Advertising and consent
Plinzo may show advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Where required, the app requests consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform and requests Apple tracking permission before using data for tracking. Your available choices depend on your region, age and device settings. You can change applicable consent choices from the app’s settings when available.
Push notifications
If you enable notifications, we process a device token and relevant game or social event so we can send the notification. You can control notification categories in Plinzo and disable permission in iOS Settings.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, notification, analytics, advertising and support providers acting for the purposes described here, or when legally required. Other players see the public profile information and gameplay information needed to share a table with you.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably required to provide Plinzo, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile and notification choices in the app, mute reactions, block players and delete your account from account settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information and to object or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Children
Plinzo is not intended for children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. Advertising and consent handling may be restricted based on age and region.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.
Changes
We may update this policy as Plinzo evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page, and the effective date will be updated.
