Using Plinzo
You may use Plinzo for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping linked login credentials secure.
Fair play and conduct
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, harass others, impersonate people, manipulate scores, farm results between accounts or interfere with the service. Display names and other profile content must be appropriate. We may restrict or remove accounts that threaten players, fairness or service integrity.
Games and availability
Plinzo is provided as available. Games, rules, scores, social features and advertising may change as the product develops. Network interruptions and maintenance may temporarily affect active games or notifications.
Virtual features and advertising
Advertising does not grant gameplay advantages. If paid or cosmetic features are introduced, their price and specific terms will be shown before purchase. Unless required by law, virtual items have no cash value.
Intellectual property
Plinzo’s software, design, branding and original content belong to Appcator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Account suspension and deletion
You can delete your account in the app. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or serious violation of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plinzo is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
