Email is the fastest way to reach us. Include your app version and iOS version when reporting a technical problem.
Account deletion
Open Plinzo, go to your account settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your account.
Notifications
Plinzo lets you control turn, invitation, friend-request and reminder notifications in app settings. System permission can also be changed in iOS Settings.
Safety
You can mute reactions, block a player and report inappropriate behaviour from within Plinzo. Reports are reviewed to protect players and fair play.
